Where do I purchase tickets?
Tickets will be available on our website on April 15th at 9 a.m. There will be a prominent link on the homepage, you won't miss it! If you're on our mailing list, you'll also receive an email with the same link to purchase tickets. There will be no sales at the door.
How is seating arranged?
Family-style! You will be assigned to a table that seats 10 people, with your party and other fun guests.
How do I assure I'm seated with my party?
Ideally, purchase tickets for the entirety of your party to ensure you’re seated at the same table. If you wish to be seated with another party who is buying their tickets separately, put their name in the comment section when buying your tickets. We will do our best to honor all requests.
What are the concert details?
The doors to the hall open at 7:15 p.m. so you can enjoy a BYO meal at your table. The concert begins at 8 p.m. There will be a Champaigne toast (or sparkling cider) and cake!
What does BYO mean?
You're invited to bring your own food and beverage of choice to eat before the concert begins (thus the early open door time!). Folks bring everything from light snacks to takeout pizza to a whole feast for their table! So feel free to bring whatever you'd like. Remember to bring cups and any utensils you will need to eat your meal. Alcohol is allowed, we ask that you please drink responsibly.
Do I need to bring a ticket?
No. You will check in at the door upon arrival, and your reservation will be held under the name of the person who purchased your tickets.
Are masks required?
No, masks are not required but you are welcome to wear one if that is your personal preference.
I received a confirmation for my donation, but not my tickets!
There is a separate email confirmation for donations and tickets and some email hosts are sorting them differently. If you only see a donation receipt and not a ticket confirmation, check "all mail" or see if it is in the conversation thread. If you got a donation confirmation, your ticket order went through. Reminder, you do not need to bring your ticket confirmation to the conert. There will be a check in list.
We hope we’ve addressed your questions however, no doubt we’ve left things unsaid. If you have any additional queries, feel free to email us at wiltonsingers@gmail.com
