Where do I purchase tickets?
Tickets are $75 and will be available on our website on November 9th at 9 a.m. There will be a prominent link on the homepage, you won't miss it! If you're on our mailing list, you'll also receive an email with the same link to purchase tickets. There will be no sales at the door.

How is seating arranged?
Seating is family-style! You will be assigned to a table that seats 10 people, with your party and other fun guests. It’s like a dinner party with fabulous entertainment!
How do I assure I'm seated with my party?
Put their name in the comment section when buying your tickets. If possible, purchase tickets for the entirety of your party to ensure you’re seated at the same table. We will do our best to honor all requests.
What are the concert details?
The doors to the hall open at 6:40 p.m. The concert begins at 7 p.m. In addition to performances by the Singers and the WHS Madrigals, the concert also features accompaniment by a string quartet and a jazz trio. Attendees will be served a three-course meal. Bring your beverage of choice - wine is welcome, water is provided. The event ends at approximately 10 p.m.

What kind of meal is served?
The meal includes a soup course, main course, and dessert with (decaf) coffee. Soup and dessert are served family-style at your table by your Madrigal and Wilton Singer attendants. Dinner will be plated. There is a gluten-free, vegan option available. Please purchase a vegan ticket if you have a gluten allergy. We will be unable to make night-of changes to your meal selection.
What does BYOB mean?
You’re invited to bring your beverage of choice to go along with your meal. Alcohol is permitted - please drink responsibly. Water will be provided.
Do I need to bring a ticket?
No. You will check in at the door upon arrival, and your reservation will be held under the name of the person who purchased your tickets. If you purchased a vegan ticket, you will receive a card so we bring you the correct meal.

I received a confirmation for my donation, but not my tickets!
There is a separate email confirmation for donations and tickets and some email hosts are sorting them differently. If you only see a donation receipt and not a ticket confirmation, check "all mail" or see if it is in the conversation thread. If you got a donation confirmation, your ticket order went through. Reminder, you do not need to bring your ticket confirmation to the concert. There will be a check in list.

I can no longer attend
