Where do I purchase tickets?

Tickets will be available on our website on November 13th at 9am. There will be a prominent link on the homepage, you won't miss it! If you're on our mailing list, you'll also receive an email with the same link to purchase tickets. There will be no sales at the door.

What’s different about the format this year?

Our concert this year will  feature “auditorium-style” seating. This means the audience will be seated in rows rather than at tables (as in previous years).  There will be no eating during the performance; food and drink will not be allowed in the concert hall.

What are the concert details?

The concert begins at 8 p.m. In addition to performances by the Singers and the WHS Madrigals, December to Remember features accompaniment by a string quartet and a jazz trio. For General Admission seating, doors open at 7:45. Running time is approximately 90 minutes.

What health and safety protocols will be in place?

All concert attendees are asked to be fully vaccinated. “Fully vaccinated” means that you must have had either the second dose of a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine or a single dose vaccine by 11/20/21. In addition, all attendees are asked to wear a mask during the concert.

Will seating be socially distant?

This is an indoor event with finite space. Isles will be marked. Although you may be able to adjust your seat slightly,  we ask that you not obstruct isles for safety reasons.

Do I need to show proof of vaccination?

When you purchase your tickets, we will ask you to confirm at checkout that everyone in your party is fully vaccinated. We will not be checking vaccine status at the door.

Do I need to bring a ticket?

No.  You will check in at the door upon arrival, and your reservation will be held under the name of the person who purchased your tickets.

What is the VIP Reception?

This exclusive pre-concert event will be held from 7p.m. to 8p.m. VIPs enjoy a champagne reception featuring an array of delicious sweets and treats. The reception will also include a few surprise musical treats. If you wish to attend this special pre-concert event, you will need to purchase a VIP ticket.  Attendance is very limited.

What is included with the VIP ticket?

VIPs will enjoy prime, reserved seating in the concert hall. VIPs are also invited to join the Singers for a pre-show gathering with sweet treats and bubbly! A selection of delicious desserts along with your choice of Champagne, Prosecco, or Pellegrino will be served. A few musical surprises are also in store for our most special guests.

If I’m attending the VIP reception, should I eat dinner beforehand?

Yes, we recommend you have a meal before attending, but make sure to leave room for dessert! Again, food and drink will not be allowed in the concert hall.

Are masks required?

In accordance with the WEPCO facility’s policy, masks are required inside the building, including in the concert hall.  For our guests who opt to join us for the VIP Reception, masks are required except when actively eating and drinking. The Singers may or may not be wearing masks while singing, it has been made optional for those that feel comfortable doing so. All members are fully vaccinated, will be more than 6 feet from the audience,  and will have masks on whenever entering or exiting the stage.

How do I assure I’m seated with my party?

This event will be auditorium-stadium style - rows of chairs, no tables. General admission is open seating, first come, first served, so you can choose a spot for your whole party. Reserved seating is available only for VIP ticket holders. Doors open at 7:45. Food and drink will not be allowed in the concert hall.

I received a confirmation for my donation, but not my tickets!

There is a separate email confirmation for donations and tickets and some email hosts are sorting them differently. If you only see a donation receipt and not a ticket confirmation, check "all mail" or see if it is in the conversation thread. If you got a donation confirmation, your ticket order went through. Reminder, you do not need to bring your ticket confirmation to the conert. There will be a check in list.
